Australian House of Representatives Passes Anti-Encryption Bill.

This is just terribly, terribly misguided. I know that runaway government will never be satisfied until it can spy incessantly on its subjects, but weakening encryption is a bad bad idea. It's like weakening bridges or roadways so that they collapse, in order to prevent burglars from being able to escape from a crime scene.
