My radiation therapy has been scheduled. It starts on Tuesday June 25, and runs through Friday July 26 for 23 treatments altogether, with July 4th off.
After that we get to go back home to Colorado!
They are scheduled for 15 minutes each day except the first one which is scheduled for 30 minutes. Probably so they can go through everything with me slowly the first time.
On most days though I expect to be back working in the travel trailer by mid-morning each day.
There is a shuttle that can take me to MD Anderson for the treatments, but I asked a guy who uses it and it is a 30 to 40 minute ride each way, while MD Anderson is only 15 minutes away by car, so Mary Ann will be driving me every day, or I’ll ride my motorcycle on good weather days.
